Thank you for shopping with A Star Cosmetics. We aim to get your order to you as quickly as possible. Please read our shipping information below before placing your order.
📦 Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding UK public holidays) after payment is confirmed. You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been dispatched.
🇬🇧 United Kingdom
UK orders are shipped via DPD.

🌍 Rest of World
We ship to many countries worldwide via DPD. Shipping costs and delivery times for destinations not listed above will be calculated at checkout. Express options may be available depending on your destination.
📍 Order Tracking
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your DPD tracking number and a link to track your parcel on the DPD website. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to update after dispatch.

A Star Cosmetics ships internationally and complies with all applicable export regulations. For international orders, please be aware of the following:
- Import duties, taxes, and customs fees are not included in your order total or shipping cost.
- These charges are levied by your country's customs authority and are the sole responsibility of the recipient.
- We are unable to predict or control these charges. We recommend contacting your local customs office for an estimate before placing your order.
- If a parcel is refused or returned due to unpaid customs fees, we reserve the right to deduct the return shipping cost from any applicable refund.
